+I love keeping multiple pieces of my favorite garments.
Will I be able to order more than one of the same item at one go?

Yes, you can order more than one piece of the same item provided we have enough inventory available for the same. For this, go to the Shopping Cart page, change the “Quantity” in your shopping cart to your desired quantity and click on “Update Quantity”.

+What if the items in my shopping cart are no longer available?

Items will continue to appear in your cart until you’ve removed them or you’ve checked out. Make sure you are logged in to your MAGRE Account. If you are not logged in, do so by clicking on the Login icon and your cart should have the items you had selected. In case the selected items are no longer available, you will see a message next to the stocked out item in your Shopping Cart. You need to remove the same (using the small cross next to the item) before Checking Out to purchase the available items.

+Does ‘Out of Stock’ mean I will be able to buy it again later?

‘Out of Stock’ items are those gems where demand exceeded supply and we couldn’t keep pace :-(. The good news is, these items are expected to be replenished within a few weeks. Please click on the specific ‘Out of Stock’ gem that you are interested in and enter your email id to be the first to know as soon as it is back.

+There’s an error that keeps popping up, every time I checkout. What should I do?

First of all, we are really sorry for the trouble. Please mail us at customercare@magre.store with your error message, and we will resolve the issue ASAP. We’re available all weekdays (except Sundays and Public holidays) from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm.

+Is shopping at MAGRE.store secure?

Yes, shopping at MAGRE is completely secure. For making payments, you are routed to the websites of our payment partners (PayU, Paytm, Gokwik and Razorpay) which are completely secure. This routing of sensitive payment related content is done through https security.

+Are there any additional charges (sales tax, octroi etc) on items?

There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on MAGRE. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

+How can I pay for my orders?

We accept the following methods of payment:

  1. Credit Card
  2. Debit Card
  3. Net-Banking
  4. Paytm
  5. Wallet
  6. Cash on Delivery*

*Conditions –
COD payment can be done on orders upto INR 5000. INR 50 will be charged as handling charges for COD orders.
For orders above INR 5000, only prepaid options are available.

+Is Cash On Delivery available at all locations?

Cash On Delivery payment option is available only in India. That too, at locations covered by our logistics partners. We do try to provide this facility across the country but there are few locations beyond our support. For such locations, we provide the prepaid option.

+Can I pay in EMIs?

Unfortunately, we do not offer EMI option at the moment.

+Why have I not received my order confirmation email?

Your order confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address linked to your MAGRE account, immediately upon placing your order. If you have not received it, please check your junk or spam mail folder. You will also receive Whatsapp message for your Order confirmation. If you do not receive any message or email, please mail us at customercare@magre.store or send a text on our Whatsapp Support channel.

+How can I see my previous order? When will you ship my order?

If you have a MAGRE account, you can login and go to “My Account” to check your previous order history. Your previous orders will reflect there after you have logged in. In case you do not have an account, please mail your order ID and email ID (using which you had placed the order) at customercare@magre.store , we will check and share your previous order info.
